"Why? No, Dragon Girl, I don't do it for free- your tears are all the pay I'll ever need." A Fallen God from a distant universe, who was banished for murdering his siblings in cold blood, simply because he was jealous of them. A truly reprehensible act, and one that his mother, Goldon'Geyzsron, could never forgive him for. Since his exile, he has been to many universes- none of which remain today to tell the tale. He has a deep hatred for "Dragon Girl", or Lavenza, as she is constantly getting in his way and ruining all of his fun. However, this is rather ironic, as he ends up developing a slight(massive) obsession with her later on.

Apocrythan is the mortal enemy of VILE. Apocrythan never killed one of his siblings, who he never knew from the start, since Lucifer had hidden VILE before Apocrythan was made, knowing what would happen. VILE also is the target for Apocrythan, since he's going to do everything to stop Apocrythan from completing the prophecy, even if it means he has to kill Apocrythan. Apocrythan takes great pride in killing his siblings, often referring to it as his greatest "accomplishment". When Lavenza tells him that taking away the lives of his siblings was a terrible waste, he responds with "Oh, but it wasn't- my throne is made from their bones, and the halls were painted purple-red with their blood. How could you call that a waste?" Lavenza often tries to befriend Apocrythan and explain to him that what he did, and still continues to do, is and was wrong. However, this does not have the intended effect on Apocrythan- Dragon Girl's horror and distaste towards his actions only increases his pride in them. Generally speaking, the more horrible and detestable something is in the eyes of the world, the more Apocrythan enjoys doing it.

Out of all of his siblings, Apocrythan was always the closest to Ignis, the youngest of his siblings. He felt a duty to protect his naive, idiotically brave little brother.....didn't stop him from brutally tearing Ignis apart, but, you know, the more Apocrythan loves something, the more he enjoys tearing it down. It's how he expresses his "love." This is also true in regards to Lavenza, who is apparently his "friend"....but, just like with Ignis, this doesn't stop Apocrythan from continuously beating her down, over and over and over again....
